The hotel has comfy and neat rooms with double bed and the air cond, as example. The location is marvellous, 4 miles from Eldorado Waterpark Legenda Wisata. You could walk to a market and stores.

Good beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Location really close to a decent mall and shopping complex and a shopping mall and a grocery store and the shopping centre.

We ate at a good restaurant for all food and stuff. The bathroom was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was comfortable - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Enjoyed our rooms in right temperature. The service was good during our stay. The location was particularly good as for us. Also, there was Plaza Cibubur, set within 10 minutes drive.

During my stay at Hotel Ciputra, I experienced such friendly and welcoming staff. They always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The BBQ buffet offered fresh juices and a wide variety of breakfast options including traditional Indonesian dishes. the hotel's convenient location next to a decent-sized mall made it easy to do some quick shopping. The icing on the cake was the cozy and clean room.

The service standards were a little disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic and the staff seemed disorganized.
